Yoga Classes & Yoga Therapy

Rose Ridge Healing & Yoga offers weekly Yoga Level 1 & 2 classes in multiple locations. Yoga Nidra classes are currently being offered bi-monthly. Private Yoga, Yoga Therapy Sessions, and Personal Practice Development Sessions are scheduled at a time convenient for both student and instructor. YOGA LEVELS 1 & 2

Yoga Levels 1 & 2 combine traditional Yoga postures offered in simplicity with additional instruction for deepening and advancing one’s practice. Attention to breath, focus, and relaxing into strength and flexibility is taught throughout. Yoga classes are offered in two locations with conveniently scheduled morning and evening class times. Basic Yoga – In this Basic Level Class we break down fundamental postures and movements. Geared toward the beginner but great for students returning to yoga or for developing your practice. Yoga Therapy 

Yoga Therapy is a blend of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath awareness), mudra (hand positions), mantra (sound), meditation and relaxation techniques (such as Yoga Nidra). Yoga Personal Practice Development
