Private Yoga Instruction

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, an experienced yogi looking to take your physical or spiritual practice to the next level, or a student working through an injury or other setbacks…private yoga can be a beautiful option to enhance your individual journey. A private yoga class is beneficial to those who seek balance of the mind, body and spirit through personal guidance to deepen your practice and knowledge of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation or Mudra. In your private session, you will receive guidance and individualized instruction by adjustments and verbal explanation of the postures. Barbara will work with you on the following intentions:
